Management Structure
- Coordinator
- The Coordinator of the project is INRA, represented by Dr. Christian SALLES, whose primary role is to act as the intermediary between the European Commission and the consortium
- Exec. Committee
- The Executive Committee is responsible for operational management of all project activities and the strategic and political orientation of the project. The eight WP Leaders comprise the committee.
- General Assembly
- The General Assembly is the decision-making body of the project. Chaired by the project Coordinator, it is composed of one representative per partner, each having one vote.
- Advisory Board
- The Industrial Advisory Board is composed of Industry experts, who will guide and orient the project vis-à-vis societal and industrial requirements, via independent assessments to the Executive Committee, throughout the lifetime of the project. Currently there are five members and additional members will find a place as the project evolves.
- Adm. Team
- The Administrative Team is composed of the Project Manger and support staff from INRA Transfert, and is responsible for the daily management work and project logistics
