Management Structure

Coordinator
The Coordinator of the project is INRA, represented by Dr. Christian SALLES, whose primary role is to act as the intermediary between the European Commission and the consortium
 
Exec. Committee
The Executive Committee is responsible for operational management of all project activities and the strategic and political orientation of the project. The eight WP Leaders comprise the committee.
 
General Assembly
The General Assembly is the decision-making body of the project. Chaired by the project Coordinator, it is composed of one representative per partner, each having one vote.
 
Advisory Board
The Industrial Advisory Board is composed of Industry experts, who will guide and orient the project vis-à-vis societal and industrial requirements, via independent assessments to the Executive Committee, throughout the lifetime of the project. Currently there are five members and additional members will find a place as the project evolves.
 
Adm. Team
The Administrative Team is composed of the Project Manger and support staff from INRA Transfert, and is responsible for the daily management work and project logistics
